Are all the watches original?
Yes. You only buy tested and original luxury and vintage watches from us.
Each watch is checked by experienced watchmakers and is in our direct possession.

Are all watches in stock?
Yes. All watches on offer are physically in stock and can be shipped immediately.
Is it possible to view the watch in person?
Yes, you can also view our watches on site in our store in Cologne.
Please note, however, that we store all watches separately and viewing is therefore only possible by prior appointment.

Do I get a guarantee?
Yes. We grant a 24-month guarantee on the function of the movement on every watch.
Can I return the watch?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of return after receipt of the goods - without risk.
How fast is shipping?
Shipping is fast and fully insured:
- Germany: 24-36 hours
- Europe: within 48 hours
- Worldwide: 2-3 working days
Is the shipment insured?
Yes. Every shipment is fully insured and securely packed.
Do you sell according to differential taxation?
Yes. The sale is made in accordance with § 25a UStG (differential taxation).
