Watchmaker (m/f/d)

We are looking for a trained watchmaker to strengthen our workshop.

Workshop Location: Cologne Full-time/part-time
Tasks
  • Revision and partial service of mechanical wristwatches
  • Diagnosis and regulation
  • Replacement of wearing parts
  • Final inspection before delivery
Prerequisite
  • Completed training as a watchmaker
  • Clean, structured way of working
  • Responsible handling of high-quality watches

Working student (m/f/d)

E-Commerce & Operations - you maintain our store, look after customers and keep the daily processes running.

E-Commerce Location: Cologne Part-time
Tasks
  • Data maintenance & organization: Up-to-date and appealing product presentation in the online store (Shopify) and on platforms such as Chrono24 and eBay
  • Customer service: Invoicing and answering customer inquiries by e-mail - friendly, clear and solution-oriented
  • Administrative processes: Document management, office organization and support for internal processes
  • Projects & optimizations: Active participation in internal projects and own ideas for improving our processes
Prerequisite
  • Very good written and spoken German; English is a plus
  • Structured, independent and reliable way of working
  • Team spirit and an eye for detail
  • Confident handling of common Office programs; experience with store systems welcome
  • Interest in luxury watches an advantage - but not a must
